Agreement to Terms
1. This document, which may also be referred to as "User Agreement" or "Agreement" throughout, is a legally binding agreement between you and AromaVerse (www.aromifo.com), which may also be referred to as the "Website", "Platform", or "Service" hereafter.
2. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to AromaVerse, while "you", "your", and "User" refer to all users and visitors of the Service. "Content" refers to any materials, including but not limited to perfume information, reviews, ratings, comments, images, and data made available via AromaVerse.
3. By accessing or using AromaVerse, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our Service.
4. By using our Service, you agree to comply with the terms of this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our Service.
User Accounts and Registration
1. You may browse perfume information without creating an account, but certain features require registration.
2. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
5. You may not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes or to circumvent restrictions.
User-Generated Content
1. Users may post reviews, ratings, comments, and other content related to perfumes and fragrances.
2. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant AromaVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
3. You represent that you have the right to post your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4. Reviews and ratings should be based on your genuine personal experience with the fragrance. Fake, misleading, or paid reviews are prohibited.
5. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct
1. Be respectful and courteous to other community members. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, and personal attacks are prohibited.
2. Do not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization.
3. Do not post content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with brands, companies, or individuals.
5. Do not manipulate ratings, reviews, or voting systems through fake accounts or coordinated efforts.
6. Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without permission.
7. Respect intellectual property rights. Do not post copyrighted content without authorization.
Intellectual Property Rights
1. The AromaVerse platform, including its design, features, logos, and original content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. Perfume data, descriptions, and images are sourced from various public sources and brand materials. We do our best to ensure accuracy but make no guarantees.
3. Brand names, perfume names, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. AromaVerse is not affiliated with or endorsed by perfume brands unless explicitly stated.
4. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.
5. User-generated content (reviews, comments) remains the property of users, but you grant us the license described in section 3.
Perfume Information Disclaimer
1. Perfume information, including notes, descriptions, and images, is provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete.
2. Reviews and ratings reflect individual user opinions and experiences. They should not be considered professional advice.
3. Fragrance experiences are highly subjective and can vary based on skin chemistry, environment, and individual perception.
4. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects from fragrances. Always test products before use and consult product labels and manufacturer information.
5. Price information and availability are subject to change. We do not guarantee accuracy of pricing or stock information.
Third-Party Links and Services
1. Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, retailers, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties.
2. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to their terms and policies. AromaVerse does not process transactions or handle customer service for external retailers.
3. We may use third-party authentication services (Apple, Google, etc.) for account creation and login.
Privacy and Data Protection
1. Your use of AromaVerse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
1. AromaVerse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AromaVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
4. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
5. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification

Termination

3. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Content you posted may remain visible on the platform.
Modifications to the Service and Terms

Miscellaneous

3. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AromaVerse regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
4. You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights under them without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
